Abstract

La invención se refiere a una construcción de expresión viral y vector viral relacionado y molécula de ácido nucleico y composición y a su uso, en donde la construcción y vector son adecuados para la expresión en un mamífero y comprenden una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifica para un factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos 21 (FGF21) para ser expresada en hígado, tejido adiposo y/o músculo esquelético.
