Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para aumentar la estabilidad oxidativa de aceites con evaporación de recorrido corto. El proceso comprende el paso de agregar al aceite tratado con evaporación de recorrido corto al menos un antioxidante, mientras el aceite tratado con evaporación de recorrido corto tiene un valor de peróxido menor o igual a 1.5 miliequivalente de peróxido/kg. El al menos un antioxidante se agrega preferentemente a una temperatura superior al punto de fusión del aceite tratado con evaporación de recorrido corto.
