Abstract

El equipo de usuario incluye: un sensor, operativo para detectar una pluralidad de acumulados de recurso de la pluralidad de portadora dentro de una ventana de detección para obtener un resultado de detección, en donde la longitud de la ventana de detección es configurable o está preconfigurada; un selector de recurso, operativo para obtener una pluralidad de recursos disponibles de la pluralidad de portadora dentro de una ventana de selección de recurso de acuerdo con el resultado de detección, en donde la pluralidad de recursos disponibles están incluidos en por lo menos un acumulado de recurso de la pluralidad de portadoras dentro de la ventana de selección de recurso, el selector de recurso es operativo para seleccionar por lo menos un recurso de la pluralidad de recursos disponibles de la pluralidad de portadoras dentro de la ventana de selección de recurso de acuerdo con por lo menos uno de una prioridad de por lo menos un acumulado de recurso y una prioridad de por lo menos un paquete, y en donde la longitud de la ventana de selección de recurso está determinada de acuerdo con una latencia deseada; y un transmisor, operativo para transmitir por lo menos un paquete sobre por lo menos un recurso el cual se selecciona por el selector de recurso.
