Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una instalación de corte de suspensión de agente abrasivo a base de agua (1) que tiene un depósito a presión (11) para proporcionar (301) una suspensión de agente abrasivo a base de agua a presión (13), una cámara de cierre (21) y una válvula de llenado (19) para llenar el agente abrasivo en el depósito a presión (11) a través de la cámara de cierre (21). La válvula de llenado (19) tiene una entrada de válvula (49), una salida de válvula (51), una cámara de válvula (71) dispuesta entre la entrada de válvula (49) y la salida de válvula (51), y un cuerpo de válvula (67) ubicado en la cámara de la válvula (71), en donde la entrada de la válvula (49) está conectada a la cámara de cierre (21) y la salida de la válvula (51) está conectada al depósito a presión (11). La válvula de llenado (19) tiene una primera posición cerrada, una primera posición abierta y una segunda posición abierta, en la que, en la primera posición cerrada, la cámara de bloqueo (21) está separada fluidamente del depósito a presión (11) y, en la primera y segunda posición abierta, la cámara de cierre (21) está conectada de forma fluida al depósito a presión (11).
