Abstract

Se proporciona un método para monitorear al menos un proceso y para determinar patrones de falla de fallas que ocurren en al menos un proceso, en donde se genera una tabla de parámetros con patrones de falla característicos para una cantidad de procesos parciales del al menos un proceso, en donde la tabla de parámetros se genera en función de datos históricos de sensores, en donde los datos históricos de sensores describen una cantidad de curvas históricas que tienen al menos dos dimensiones y se asignan respectivamente a un proceso parcial, y en donde las curvas históricas para cada proceso parcial comprenden curvas OK (bien) históricas y curvas NOK (no bien) históricas, en donde las curvas NOK históricas representan procesos parciales defectuosos.
