Abstract
Se describe un sistema para la gestión de servicios residuales. El sistema puede incluir un dispositivo de localización configurado para generar una señal que indica la ubicación de un vehículo de servicio en la calle, un dispositivo de comunicación y un controlador que está en comunicación con los dispositivos de localización y comunicación. El controlador también puede estar configurado para proporcionar automáticamente a un cliente a través del dispositivo de comunicación el tiempo estimado de llegada correspondiente a la segunda ubicación de destino con base en la proximidad.
