Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un andador (10) para pacientes con retraso psicomotor que comprende al menos dos cintas de control (1) unidas a un par de muñequeras de apoyo (3) y al menos dos correas de tracción (2) unidas a un par de coderas de apoyo (4), estando las al menos dos cintas de control (1) y las al menos dos correas de tracción (2) unidas a un cinturón ajustable (5). El andador (10) también comprende una diadema de control de inclinación (19) con sensor (20) y dispositivo de sonido (21) para detectar un ángulo de inclinación incorrecto del paciente. El cinturón ajustable (5) comprende un sostén (7) y respaldo (8) que comprenden puntos de control de sostén (15) y puntos de control de respaldo (18) para controlar los cuatro puntos cardinales tipo marioneta del paciente y distribuir adecuadamente el peso.
