Abstract

Ένας ρυθμιζόμενος ορθοπεδικός κορσές (10) για την υποστήριξη της σπονδυλικής στήλης του χρήστη έχει περιγραφεί στην παρούσα, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει ένα εκτεταμένο και καμπυλόγραμμο άκαμπτο πλαίσιο (14) το οποίο έχει, στα σημεία που έχουν τοποθετηθεί σε κατοπτρικά συμμετρικές περιοχές, ένα ζεύγος ανώτερων υποδοχών σύνδεσης (16, 18), ένα ζεύγος ενδιάμεσων υποδοχών σύνδεσης (20, 22) καθώς και ένα ζεύγος από κατώτερες υποδοχές σύνδεσης (24, 26) στο οποίο ένα ζεύγος μπροστινών ιμάντων (28, 30) που έχουν περιτυλιχθεί γύρω από τους ώμους του χρήστη, καθώς και ένα ζεύγος πίσω ιμάντων (32, 34), που έχουν περιτυλιχθεί γύρω από τις πλευρές του χρήστη, βρίσκονται σε άμεση είτε έμμεση λειτουργική σύνδεση. Ένα περαιτέρω ζεύγος συνδεόμενων υποδοχών (36, 38) για ένα αντίστοιχο ζεύγος πυελικών ιμάντων (40, 42), το οποίο εντάσσεται στο μπροστινό μέρος του επιγαστρίου του χρήστη μέσω αντίστοιχων υπερτιθέμενων υποστηριγμάτων του επιγαστρίου (44, 46) έχουν επίσης προβλεφθεί στο κατώτερο άκρο του άκαμπτου πλαισίου (14).
