Abstract
Disclosed is a reservoir (1) useful in the production of tests for detecting, analysing and/or identifying substances of interest, which comprises a porous laminar substrate (4), such as paper, cellulose, polymers, etc., and a series of vertical hydrophobic barriers (6) and horizontal hydrophobic barriers (3), and at least one reaction site (5) where a detecting agent and a sample in which it is desired to detect the substance of interest are deposited. The invention also relates to a test that includes the use of one or more reservoirs together with an identification reference (13), to a kit containing the test, and to methods for producing the reservoir and the test. The method for analysing and interpreting the results comprises photographing the reservoirs of the test with an electronic device such as a mobile phone, capturing another series of data (identification reference, time, etc.), and analysing the image and obtained results using suitable software.
