Abstract
Un método para el sellado de cavidades en un vaina de cemento curado (4) o adyacente a esta que rodea una tubería de revestimiento del pozo (3) de un pozo subterráneo que comprende: - proporcionar un dispositivo de expansión (1) con segmentos de expansión con bordes (2) que se configura para moverse con los segmentos de expansión (2) en una configuración no expandida hacia arriba y hacia abajo a través de la tubería de revestimiento del pozo (3); - mover el dispositivo de expansión no expandido (1) a una profundidad seleccionada en la tubería de revestimiento del pozo (3); y - expandir los segmentos de expansión con bordes (2) a la profundidad seleccionada, por lo que se expande plásticamente una sección de la tubería de revestimiento seleccionada, y presionar la sección de tubería de revestimiento expandida en la vaina de cemento circundante, por lo que se sellan las cavidades.
