Abstract

Un método incluye trasladar una herramienta de aislamiento de unión, una herramienta de soporte de unión, un ensamblaje de terminación lateral y un deflector de terminación a un agujero principal revestido con una tubería de revestimiento. El deflector de terminación se encuentra acoplado a la tubería de revestimiento y el ensamblaje de terminación lateral se encuentra desacoplado y avanzado en el agujero lateral. Luego de la fracturación del agujero lateral, la herramienta de aislamiento de unión se desacopla de la herramienta de soporte de unión, se retrae nuevamente hacia el agujero principal y se acopla al deflector de terminación mediante el avance de un espolón hacia un diámetro interno del deflector terminación. Luego de la fracturación hidráulica de una parte inferior del pozo del agujero principal, la herramienta de aislamiento de unión retira el deflector de terminación del agujero principal.
