Abstract

En una cápsula que contiene una sustancia constituida por una masa de partículas sólidas sueltas, para la preparación de una bebida potable mediante la extracción y/o disolución de la sustancia por medio del suministro de un fluido a presión en la cápsula, un filtro, permeable al agua e impermeable a una porción predominante de partículas de la sustancia, se ubica entre la sustancia y la parte inferior. El filtro se proporciona con una pluralidad de pasajes dimensionados de manera que al menos una fracción de la sustancia pueda atravesar los pasajes en forma sólida. También se describen un sistema de percolación de bebidas que comprende una cápsula de este tipo y un método de uso de tal cápsula.
