Abstract
Una pieza de inserción para perforación de roca compuesta por carburo cementado que comprende constituyentes duros de carburo de wolframio (WC) en una fase de aglutinante que comprende Co, en la que el carburo cementado comprende el 4-18% en masa de Co y siendo el resto WC e impurezas inevitables, caracterizada porque dicho carburo cementado también comprende Cr en una cantidad tal que la razón enmasa Cr/Co está dentro del intervalo de 0.04-0.19, y, la diferencia entre la dureza a 0.3 mm de profundidad en cualquier punto de la superficie de la pieza de inserción para perforación de roca y la dureza del volumen de la pieza de inserción para perforación de roca es de al menos 40 HV3.
