Abstract

El método incluye: recibir, mediante un dispositivo de red de acceso, una primera solicitud de configuración; enviar una primera respuesta de configuración a un primer dispositivo de red central o un primer servidor de aplicaciones de servicio, donde la primera respuesta de configuración se utiliza para indicar que el dispositivo de red de acceso acepta la primera solicitud de configuración; cuando la calidad del canal de radio de una primera celda de una primera red en la que se encuentra el UE no satisface un requisito de servicio de un primer servicio realizado en la primera solicitud de configuración, transferir el UE una segunda celda de la primera red, o transferir al UE una tercera celda de una segunda red.
