Abstract
Los filtros catalizados de partículas comprenden un material catalítico de conversión de tres vías (TWC) que impregna las paredes de un filtro de partículas de manera tal que el filtro catalizado de partículas tiene una porosidad con recubrimiento que es menor que una porosidad sin recubrimiento del filtro de partículas. La porosidad con recubrimiento es linealmente proporcional a una carga de recubrimiento del material catalítico TWC. Una contrapresión con recubrimiento no es perjudicial para el rendimiento del motor.
