Abstract

Un método para fabricar un portalatas comestible de múltiples anillos que comprende los pasos de deshidratar subproducto de cerveza para producir una pulpa seca, moler la pulpa seca hasta convertirla en un polvo, formando una suspensión de pulpa mediante la adición del polvo en una mezcla que comprende fibras vegetales, un producto químico respetuoso del medio ambiente, repelente al aceite, un producto químico respetuoso del medio ambiente, repelente al agua y agua, una proporción de agua con otro ingrediente de aproximadamente 1000 litros de agua en aproximadamente 60 kg del polvo, las fibras vegetales, el químico repelente al aceite y el químico repelente al agua, inyectando la suspensión de pulpa en un molde que tiene una cavidad interior en forma de al menos un anillo de seis envases, y aplicando presión y calor al molde que contiene la suspensión de pulpa para producir al menos un anillo comestible de seis envases.
