Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para separar, de un medio de cultivo, un cóctel enzimático y el hongo Trichoderma reesei, el medio de cultivo resultante, de una producción de enzimas por el hongo, proceso en el cual: el medio de cultivo se somete, en un período inferior o igual a 30 h desde la interrupción de la producción, a una separación en un filtro prensa recubierto con un tejido que tiene una porosidad de 3-20 µm, para obtener un material filtrado que tenga una densidad óptica corregida DO a 600 nm de menos de 2.5; y la fase líquida obtenida se somete a una microfiltración tangencial en una membrana de cerámica con un límite de corte comprendido entre 0.5 a 1.4 µm, de modo que la DO corregida a 600 nm no exceda 0.1.
