Abstract

En la presente invención se presentan un método y un aparato para una hidrólisis enzimática, en los que la materia prima a base de plantas se hidroliza por medio de enzimas, en al menos una etapa de hidrólisis enzimática. Un pienso a base de plantas (1) se proporciona en la etapa de hidrólisis enzimática (2), en la que el pienso a base de plantas se hidroliza. Una fracción líquida (3), que comprende hidratos de carbono, se separa de una fracción sólida (4), en una etapa de separación sólido-líquido (11). Al menos una parte (5), de la fracción sólida (4), que comprende enzimas, se recircula con el pienso a base de plantas (1), a la etapa de hidrólisis enzimática (2), o a la etapa de hidrólisis enzimática (2), y una parte restante (6), de la fracción sólida (4), se recupera. Además, la invención se refiere a la fracción líquida y la fracción sólida, así como a su uso. (Figura 1).
