Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de una parte moldeada de material de fibra de vidrio y/o de fibra mineral con un aglutinante inorgánico. El endurecimiento del aglutinante inorgánico se efectúa en este caso mediante radiación electromagnética para la conformación de la parte moldeada, siendo que la herramienta se configura de manera que es al menos parcialmente permeable para la radiación electromagnética para el endurecimiento, y el aglutinante inorgánico es uno que puede ser endurecido mediante radiación electromagnética. La invención se refiere además a una parte moldeada que se puede obtener de esta manera y a un método para producir silenciadores, que comprende la etapa de introducir la parte moldeada en un silenciador o una parte de un silenciador. Finalmente se pone a disposición una unidad de fabricación para la producción de una parte moldeada de material de fibra de vidrio y/o fibra mineral y un aglutinante inorgánico. Esta unidad de fabricación comprende un dispositivo para poner a disposición una herramienta para conformar la parte moldead, un dispositivo para introducir en la herramienta el material de fibra de vidrio y/o fibra mineral y e aglutinante inorgánico, un dispositivo para producir la radiación electromagnética para endurecer el aglutinante inorgánico para la conformación de la parte moldeada, as {i como opcionalmente dispositivo para extraer de la herramienta la partemoldeada terminada de moldear.
