Abstract
This flaskless molding machine is provided with: an upper flask and a lower flask which can hold a match plate from both sides; an upper sand tank which is arranged above the upper flask, is open at the bottom end, and stores mold sand internally; an upper plate which is attached to the bottom end of the upper sand tank, has a supply port formed therein, and can move forward and backward in the upper flask; a first lower sand tank which stores mold sand internally and has a first connection port for discharging mold sand; a second lower sand tank which is arranged below the lower flask, is open at the upper end, has a second connection port that can connect with the first connection port of the first lower sand tank, and which stores mold sand; a lower plate which is attached to the upper end of the second lower sand tank, has a supply port formed therein, and can move forward and backward in the lower flask; a drive unit which can move the second lower sand tank in the vertical direction; and an adjustment drive unit which can move the first lower sand tank in the vertical direction.
