Abstract
Un aparato para lavar partículas sólidas recolectadas de un fluido que contiene hidrocarburos producido a partir de una instalación de producción de petróleo y/o gas, el aparato comprende: un recipiente que tiene una parte inferior que define un volumen para recoger un lecho de partículas sólidas y una parte superior que define una salida de líquido del recipiente, un conjunto de tubería ubicado en el volumen, el conjunto de tubería tiene una pluralidad de boquillas de salida ubicadas en el mismo, una red de tubería conectada al conjunto de tubería y dispuesta para suministrar vapor o agua a presión o una mezcla de éstas al conjunto de tubería para hacer que el vapor o el agua o una mezcla del mismo salgan de la boquilla de salida hacia el volumen, una unidad de lavado de fluidización ubicada en el volumen, la unidad de lavado de fluidización que comprende un cabezal de fluidización, una entrada para suministrar líquido de fluidización al cabezal de fluidización y una salida para transportar una mezcla fluidizada de partículas sólidas y líquido fluidificante desde el cabezal de fluidización y fuera del recipiente, un sistema de detección de contenido de aceite conectado a la salida y adaptado para determinar si el contenido de aceite de la mezcla fluidizada o cualquiera de sus componentes está por debajo de un umbral de contenido de aceite preestablecido, el sistema de detección del contenido de aceite tiene una primera salida que se comunica con una bomba de recirculación para recircular la mezcla fluidizada hasta el recipiente y una segunda salida que se comunican con un conducto de salida para producir la mezcla fluidizada; y un controlador para controlar selectivamente la mezcla fluidizada en un flujo de recirculación a través de la bomba de recirculación o un flujo de salida a través del conducto de salida en respuesta al contenido de aceite determinado por el sistema de detección de contenido de aceite.
