Abstract
um aparelho (100) para lavar partículas sólidas coletadas de um fluido contendo hidrocarbonetos produzido a partir de uma instalação de produção de óleo e/ou gás, o aparelho compreendendo: um vaso (102) tendo uma parte inferior definindo um volume para coletar um leito (106) de partículas sólidas e uma parte superior definindo um saída (112) para líquido do vaso, um conjunto de tubos (107) localizado no volume, o conjunto de tubos tendo uma pluralidade de bocais de saída (108) localizados no mesmo, uma rede de tubos conectada ao conjunto de tubos e arranjada para fornecer vapor pressurizado ou água ou uma mistura dos mesmos ao conjunto de tubos para fazer com que o vapor ou a água ou uma mistura dos mesmos saia do bocal de saída para o volume, uma unidade de descarga de fluidização (118) localizada no volume, a unidade de descarga de fluidização compreendendo uma cabeça de fluidização (120), uma entrada para fornecer líquido de fluidização à cabeça de fluidização e uma saída para transportar uma mistura fluidizada de partículas sólidas e líquido de fluidização da cabeça de fluidização e para fora do vaso, um sistema de sensoreação de teor de óleo (126) conectado à saída e adaptado para determinar se um teor de óleo da mistura fluidizada ou de qualquer constituinte da mesma está abaixo de um limiar de teor de óleo pré-estabelecido, o sistema de sensoreação de teor de óleo tendo uma primeira saída (124) se comunicando com uma bomba de recirculação (127) para recircular a mistura fluidizada de volta para o vaso e uma segunda saída (125) se comunicando com um conduto de saída (128) para dar saída à mistura fluidizada; e um controlador (105) para controlar seletivamente a mistura fluidizada a um fluxo de recirculação através da bomba de recirculação ou um fluxo de saída através do conduto de saída (128) em resposta ao teor de óleo determinado pelo sistema de sensoreação do teor de óleo.
