Abstract

Un nuevo diseño de aleta para tubos de intercambio de calor que consta de una multitud de formas en punta de flecha prensadas o estampadas en relieve sobre cada aleta, cuyas formas en punta de flecha están definidas por dos secciones de cuña que se intersecan. Las formas en punta de flecha prensadas se agrupan en pares anidados y una de las puntas de flecha de un par se prensa en positivo con respecto al plano de la aleta y la otra punta del par se prensa en negativo con respecto al plano de la aleta. Los pares de puntas de flecha se colocan en hileras paralelas a la dirección del flujo de aire y los pares de puntas de flecha en una hilera se escalonan preferentemente en relación con los pares de punta de flecha en la hilera adyacente, a lo largo de la aleta y en dirección del flujo de aire.
