Abstract
En la invención se describe un dispositivo para el acoplamiento de una tubería de subida con una estructura flotante, en donde el dispositivo comprende: una junta flexible que comprende una brida inferior y una brida superior y una rótula o parte flexible con un alojamiento resistente que comprende una cara de acoplamiento circular en su aro; un tubo de conexión que comprende una brida inferior y una brida superior; un tubo de guía se fija con firmeza a la estructura flotante que comprende una cara de colgado en su aro superior y un cuerpo resistente cilíndrico que tiene un diámetro que es más grande que la junta flexible; una estructura cónica de colgado posicionada por debajo de la brida superior del tubo de conexión que comprende: una sección cónica toroidal que se angosta hacia su parte inferior, con una superficie interior cilíndrica que hace contacto con el tubo de conexión, una estría dividida en al menos dos partes que se coloca en una ranura en la parte superior de la superficie de cilíndrica interior y una ranura en el tubo de conexión, al menos dos segmentos de colgado acoplados con el perímetro de la parte cilíndrica de la estructura cónica de colgado, los segmentos proporcionan una superficie de transferencia de carga circunferencial complementaria a la cara de colgado en el aro superior del tubo de guía; y un adaptador fijado en el alojamiento de la junta flexible que comprende: una superficie de acoplamiento en el extremo inferior del adaptador complementaria a una superficie de acoplamiento en el aro del alojamiento de junta flexible; una región de soporte circunferencial inferior cercana a la superficie de acoplamiento; una región de soporte circunferencial adicional posicionada a lo largo de la longitud del tubo de conexión; una sección cónica por encima de la región de soporte circunferencial, que finaliza a una distancia de la estructura de colgado y en contacto deslizante circunferencial con el tubo de conexión; en donde al menos una de las regiones de soporte y el alojamiento de la junta flexible está en contacto estrecho con la parte inferior del tubo de guía.
