Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método el cual se utiliza para producir rotores o estatores de máquinas eléctricas, en donde los rotores o estatores tienen muescas radiales, en las cuales las tramas de los devanados (26) planos que tienen tramas paralelas y que tienen cabezales (92) de bobinado que conectan las tramas se extraen, en donde los devanados (26) planos se prefabrican en un molde (20) giratorio con forma de tira y los devanados planos inicialmente se extraen hacia las muescas (74) radiales de un estator o de una herramienta (44) de transferencia para transferirse a las muescas de un rotor. Para permitir el proceso continuo, el devanado (26), de acuerdo con la invención, se produce en un molde (20) que es más pequeño que todo el devanado de modo que los primeros devanados producidos se extraigan del molde (20) antes de que concluya la producción del devanado (26), los devanados extraídos se transfieren hacia un dispositivo (28) de transferencia lineal, el cual transporta los devanados finales a una posición de eliminación, de manera síncrona, con la producción de devanados en el molde (20), en la cual la posición de eliminación de los devanados se transfiere hacia las muescas radiales del estator o hacia las muescas (74) radiales de la herramienta (44) de transferencia para la transferencia de los devanados (26) hacia las muescas radiales del rotor, en donde el molde (20), el dispositivo (28) de transferencia y el estator o la herramienta (44) de transferencia siempre giran conjuntamente sobre el eje de rotación del molde (20) cuando el molde (20) se hace girar para formar devanados.
