Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de los procesos minerales y metalúrgicos, al procesado de pulverización o a la desintegración en general y al procesado de pulverización por trituradoras y molinos de tambor, y más particularmente a un método y una disposición para controlar un proceso de pulverización que tiene circuito de molienda. Una disposición para controlar un proceso de pulverización de acuerdo con la presente invención que tiene un circuito de molienda (8), (20), (31), cuya disposición comprende un sistema de formación de imágenes (22), (27) que mide los datos de medición de reconstrucción en 3D (33) para la reconstrucción tridimensional del mineral metalífero entrante (9), (21); un equipo de análisis de tamaño de partícula (28) que mide los datos de tamaño de partícula (34) para el cálculo del valor característico de tamaño de partícula (38) del mineral metalífero saliente (10), (32); un bloque de cálculo de datos de características de mineral metalífero (39), recibiendo dicho bloque de cálculo de datos de características de mineral metalífero (39) un perfil de distribución de tamaño de partícula (36) de mineral metalífero entrante (9), (21) y un valor característico de tamaño de partícula (38) del mineral metalífero saliente (10), (32), calculándose y/o reconstruyéndose dicho perfil de distribución del tamaño de partícula (36) a partir de dichos datos de medición de reconstrucción en 3D (33) para la reconstrucción tridimensional, y calculándose dicho valor característico de tamaño de partícula (38) en base a dichos datos de tamaño de partícula medidos (34), calculando dicho bloque de cálculo de datos de características del mineral metalífero (39) los datos de características del mineral metalífero (41) basándose en dicho perfil de distribución del tamaño de partícula (36) y dicho valor característico del tamaño de partícula (38); y un bloque de control (44), (51) que controla el circuito de molienda (8), (20), (31) en base a dichos datos de características de mineral metal metalífero calculados (41).
