Abstract
La presente invención revela un circuito de alta frecuencia integrado para un detector radar, que tiene una entrada de reloj que se configura para recibir una señal de reloj que se produce externamente del circuito de alta frecuencia integrado, que tiene un oscilador local que se configura para generar una señal de alta frecuencia local, que tiene una entrada de alta frecuencia que se configura para recibir una señal de alta frecuencia generada externamente del circuito de alta frecuencia integrado, y que tiene un conmutador que se acopla con el oscilador local y con la entrada de alta frecuencia, y que está configurado para conmutar entre la señal de alta frecuencia local y la señal de alta frecuencia externa para generar una señal de radar. La presente invención revela además un detector radar correspondiente y un método de operación correspondiente.
