Abstract
La invención se refiere a un freno de disco para un vehículo, en particular para un vehículo utilitario, que comprende a) una pinza de freno (1) que solapa un disco de freno (2), b) un dispositivo de aplicación de freno (8) dispuesto en la pinza de freno (1) para apretar los forros de freno (3) contra el disco de freno (2), c) al menos un pistón de freno (4), el cual se puede mover axialmente mediante el dispositivo de aplicación de freno (8), d) un dispositivo de ajuste (5), el cual se localiza en la pinza de freno (1) y el cual se conecta operativamente mediante un engranaje (24) al pistón de freno (4) con el fin de ajustar axialmente el pistón de freno con el fin de compensar un cambio de separación que resulta por el desgaste, e) en donde el engranaje (24) tiene una rueda dentada de impulsión (25) que se retiene en el dispositivo de ajuste (5) para rotación conjunta, y una rueda dentada de salida (26) que se retiene en el pistón de freno (4) para rotación conjunta. El freno de disco se diseña de manera que la rueda dentada de salida (26) conectada al pistón de freno (4) para rotación conjunta y su correspondiente rueda dentada de impulsión (25) del dispositivo de ajuste (5) se disponen en un dispositivo de arrastre (27) que se sujeta de una manera axialmente móvil pero rotativamente fija.
