Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo (1) para la producción de un plasma, teniendo al menos un primer electrodo (3), al menos un segundo electrodo (5) que está dispuesto a una distancia del primer electrodo (3), una fuente de voltaje (7) que está conectada con al menos un electrodo (3, 5) seleccionado del primer electrodo (3) y del segundo electrodo (5) de manera tal que se puede producir una diferencia de potencial entre el al menos único primer electrodo (3) y el al menos único segundo electrodo (5) por la fuente de voltaje (7), y el al menos único primer electrodo (3) y el al menos único segundo electrodo (5) definen al menos una ruta de descarga (9) para una descarga eléctrica en una región de descarga (11) entre el al menos único primer electrodo (3) y el al menos único segundo electrodo (5). Se provee también una instalación de campo magnético (15) que está instalada y dispuesta relativo a el al menos único primer electrodo (3) y el al menos único segundo electrodo (5) para preparar un campo magnético en la región de descarga (11), de manera que un vector de campo magnético (B) del campo magnético está orientado a un ángulo con relación a la ruta de descarga (9).
