Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la laminación sin autoclave de un cristal compuesto (100), donde: (a) es producida una secuencia de pila (1) de un cristal de sustrato (2), al menos una capa intermedia (3), y un cristal de cubierta (4), (b1) es colocado un anillo de vacío (5) o una bolsa de vacío alrededor de la secuencia de pila (1), (b2) la secuencia de pila (1) es desairada durante un periodo = 8 min y a una temperatura T de 0°C a 30°C mediante la aplicación de una presión negativa p = 0.3 bar al anillo de vacío (5) o la bolsa de vacío, (b3) la secuencia de pila es calentada a una temperatura T de 70°C a 115°C, (b4) la secuencia de pila es desairada durante un periodo t = 8 min mediante la aplicación de una presión negativa p = 0.3 bar al anillo de vacío o de una bolsa de vacío, (b5) la secuencia de pila (1) es enfriada a una temperatura T < 70°C, (b6) el anillo de vacío o la bolsa de vacío es airada y removida, (c1) la secuencia de pila es calentada a una temperatura T of 40°C a 120°C, (c2) la secuencia de pila es prensada junta entre al menos dos rodillos de calandria opuestos (6.1, 6.2) de una primera unidad de calandrado sobre todo el ancho b de la secuencia de pila.
