Abstract

Un método de análisis para analizar la deformación de una pieza fundida en un proceso de fundición en coquilla incluye obtener una primera tensión de fricción de coquilla ejercida por una primera coquilla en la pieza fundida en una etapa de apertura de molde, y calcular la deformación de la pieza fundida en la etapa de apertura de molde utilizando la primera tensión de fricción de coquilla. Se selecciona una función de coeficiente de fricción predeterminada de una pluralidad de funciones de coeficiente de fricción con base en las condiciones de fundición y en las condiciones de lubricación. Se produce un coeficiente de fricción en cada porción de la pieza fundida al introducir una temperatura de una superficie de contacto entre la pieza fundida y la primera coquilla y una presión de superficie de contacto entre las mismas en la función de coeficiente de fricción predeterminada seleccionada. Se obtiene la primera tensión de fricción de coquilla que actúa en cada porción de la pieza fundida al integrar la presión de superficie de contacto y el coeficiente de fricción.
