Abstract
Se describe un método energéticamente eficiente para desengrasado o fundente que comprende a) proveer un recipiente de destilación calentado capaz de ser operado bajo presión positiva; b) cargar con un solvente que comprende HCFO 1233zd; c) calentar para proporcionar presión positiva de manera que el solvente hierve a aproximadamente 30-100°C; d) destilar usando un intercambiador de calor enfriado por aire; e) liberar la presión; f) enfriar al formar canales a través de un piso secundario y/o costado del tanque de inmersión; g) recolectar el solvente; h) llevar a cabo operaciones de desengrasado; e i) bombear el solvente sucio de nuevo al recipiente de destilación caliente. También se describe un método energéticamente eficiente para purificar los compuestos volátiles, y sistema de desengrasado de solvente precipitado capaz de usarse con HCFO 1233zd.
