Abstract
La invención se refiere a un conjunto de platillo/válvula para un recipiente de aerosol, compuesto por un platillo, un cuerpo de válvula, una caña, un resorte, una junta interior y unos medios para retener la caña en el cuerpo de válvula. El platillo presenta en su centro una abertura (23) a través de la que sobresale la caña. La caña comprende un ensanchamiento en su cara cilíndrica exterior así como un conducto interior que presenta una abertura superior en su extremo superior y al menos un orificio lateral en su extremo inferior, estando situados el o los orificios laterales entre el ensanchamiento y la abertura superior del conducto interior. El cuerpo de válvula presenta una parte cilíndrica provista de una abertura en su extremo superior que define una arista de la parte más elevada. De acuerdo con la invención, - el cuerpo de válvula se fija a la abertura (23) del platillo por unos medios de fijación (36) dejando libre la abertura de la parte cilíndrica, - la parte de la caña que va desde el ensanchamiento hasta el extremo opuesto al conducto interior se sitúa en el interior del cuerpo de válvula, apoyada contra el resorte, - los medios para retener la caña en el cuerpo de válvula están constituidos por un anillo de retención (5) que rodea, sin apretarla, la parte de la caña situada entre el o los orificios laterales y la abertura superior del conducto, siendo superior el diámetro exterior del anillo de retención al diámetro de la abertura (23) y siendo inferior el diámetro interior del anillo de retención al diámetro del ensanchamiento de la caña, fijándose el anillo de retención por unos medios de fijación al platillo, interponiéndose la junta de estanquidad interior (13) entre el anillo de retención (5) y la arista de la parte más elevada de la parte cilíndrica del cuerpo de válvula de manera que, en la posición cerrada de la válvula, la junta interior (13) ciña la caña a la altura del o de los orificios laterales taponándoles y que el resorte empuje la caña colocando su ensanchamiento apoyado contra la junta de estanquidad (13).
