Abstract

Un cojinete para una caja de engranajes, donde el cojinete tiene un cuerpo cilíndrico. El cuerpo cilíndrico define una cámara interior hueca. La sección de soporte del engranaje tiene una sección transversal formada por tres lóbulos distribuidos equitativamente alrededor de una circunferencia del cuerpo cilíndrico. Cada uno de los lóbulos tiene una porción de suelo que tiene un primer radio sobre al menos un 20 % del lóbulo. Cada lóbulo tiene una porción cónica que se inclina gradualmente desde el primer radio de la porción de suelo hacia una región de radio reducida que es menor al primer radio. La porción cónica se forma sobre menos del 80% de cada lóbulo. Cada lóbulo tiene una abertura formada en la región de radio reducida y un pasaje de flujo que conecta de manera fluida el interior hueco del cuerpo cilíndrico a la abertura formada en la región de radio reducida.
