Abstract
De acuerdo con algunas modalidades, un método para hacer un ingrediente a base de nuez incluye recibir o moler un material pre-cortado de nueces sin hornear o sin tostar a un tamaño de partícula medio entre aproximadamente 0.0254 (0.001) y 1.27 centímetros (0.5 pulgadas) y además procesar el material pre-cortado para producir una mezcla que tiene un tamaño de partícula medio menor que aproximadamente 0.00762 centímetros (0.003 pulgadas).
