Abstract

Se proporciona en la presente composiciones, kit y métodos para la producción de genotecas de ADNc específicas de hebra. Las composiciones, kit y métodos utilizan propiedades de polinucleótido de doble hebra, tal como los dúplex de ARN-ADNc para capturar e incorporar un adaptador de secuenciación novedoso. Los métodos son útiles para el perfilado del transcriptoma por secuencia paralela masiva, tal como secuenciación de ARN de longitud completa (ARN-Seq) y expresión génica digital de marca 3´ (DGE).
