Abstract
Este método para predecir al menos un valor de eficacia biológica de una proteína se implementa en una computadora e incluye los siguientes pasos: codificar (100) la secuencia de aminoácido de la proteína en una secuencia numérica de acuerdo con una base de datos de la proteína, la secuencia numérica comprendiendo un valor para cada aminoácido de la secuencia; calcular (110) un espectro de proteína de acuerdo con la secuencia numérica; y para cada eficacia biológica: comparar (130) el espectro de proteína calculado con los valores de espectro de proteína de una base de datos predeterminada, dicha base de datos conteniendo valores de espectro de proteína para diferentes valores de dicha eficacia biológica, predecir (130) un valor de dicha eficacia biológica de acuerdo con el paso de comparación.
