Abstract

Se proporciona una unidad de control de motor (MCU) y método para el funcionamiento y ensamblaje de la misma. La MCU incluye una carcasa que contiene un ensamblaje de cuchilla retráctil (RSA) que tiene cuchillas adheridas a él. La MCU incluye además un ensamblaje con abrazadera que tiene una montura para asegurar el ensamblaje con abrazadera al RSA, unos rieles de guía para activar de manera deslizable el RSA para facilitar el movimiento de extensión y retracción, y un tornillo guía accesible a través de una abertura en la parte delantera de la carcasa. La rotación del tornillo guía hace que el RSA se extienda y se retraiga, lo que activa y desactiva las cuchillas. El MCU incluye también un ensamblaje del motor que tiene un motor de transmisión acoplado a un eje de transmisión. El motor gira el eje en respuesta a las señales de control desde un dispositivo remoto. El ensamblaje del motor se sujeta a la carcasa de tal manera que la rotación del eje como respuesta a las señales gira el tornillo guía para activar y desactivar las cuchillas.
