Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un recubrimiento de múltiples capas sobre un sustrato metálico, que comprende, en el orden dado, (1) producir una capa de plastisol de cloruro de polivinilo sobre el sustrato metálico, que comprende la aplicación de un material de plastisol de cloruro de polivinilo al sustrato metálico, (2) producir una capa de revestimiento superior termoendurecible y/o termoplástico directamente sobre la capa de plastisol de cloruro de polivinilo, que comprende la aplicación de un material de recubrimiento termoendurecible y/o termoplástico directamente a la capa de plastisol de cloruro de polivinilo, en donde tanto el material de plastisol de cloruro de polivinilo como el material de recubrimiento termoendurecible y/o termoplástico comprende un hidróxido doble estratificado.
