Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición para usar en fórmulas para infantes o niños pequeños que comprende proteína parcialmente hidrolizada y una mezcla de aceites que, a su vez, comprende ácido palmítico, en donde el ácido palmítico esterificado en la posición sn-2 de los triacilgliceroles se encuentra en una cantidad de 20 % a 60 % en peso del ácido palmítico total.
