Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y un aparato que permiten reducir la concentración de compuestos aromáticos policíclicos pesados (HPNA) en el circuito de reciclaje de las unidades de hidrocraqueo, el aparato que incluye una columna de fraccionamiento. De acuerdo con dicho método, se extrae una porción del flujo desde la columna de fraccionamiento, cuyo flujo está presente en la región de al menos un plato (I) que es el plato de alimentación o un plato situado entre el plato de alimentación y el punto de descarga de los residuos o, si se inyecta un gas de extracción, entre el plato de alimentación y el punto de inyección del gas de extracción. Una parte, o preferiblemente la totalidad, del flujo que se ha extraído se recicla hacia la etapa de hidrocraqueo, directamente o después de la separación opcional de los gases. El residuo se purga por completo. En una modalidad preferida, una parte de un flujo se extrae adicionalmente desde la columna, tal flujo está presente en la región de al menos un plato (II) situado entre el plato de alimentación y el plato de extracción para la fracción del destilado más pesado. Después de la separación, todo o parte del gas se recicla hacia la columna y el líquido es enviado hacia el hidrocraqueo.
