Abstract

a invenção se refere a um processo e a uma instalação, permitindo reduzir a concentração em compostos aromáticos policíclicos pesados (hpna) no circuito de reciclagem das unidades de hidrocraqueamento, que compreende uma coluna de fracionamento. segundo esse processo, foi estirada da coluna de fracionamento uma parte do fluxo presente no nível de pelo menos um patamar (i) que é o patamar de alimentação ou um patamar situado entre o patamar de alimentação e esse ponto de evacuação do resíduo, ou se o gás de descascamento é injetado, entre o patamar de alimentação e esse ponto de injeção do gás de descascamento. uma parte, e, de preferência, a totalidade, desse fluxo estirado é reciclada na etapa de hidrocraqueamento diretamente ou após uma eventual separação dos gases. o resíduo é inteiramente purificado. em um modo preferido, é, além disso, estirada da coluna uma parte do fluxo presente no nível de pelo menos um patamar (ii) situado entre o patamar de alimentação e o patamar de estiramento da fração destilado a mais pesada. após descascamento, o total ou parte do gás é reciclada na coluna, e o líquido é enviado em hidrocraqueamento.
