Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con el uso de una composición nutritiva que comprende oligosacáridos dependientes de Fut2 para promover el crecimiento y desarrollo del cerebro en infantes en el período postnatal muy temprano. La composición nutritiva comprende oligosacáridos dependientes de Fut2 y lacto-N-neotetraosa y es para usar específicamente en la promoción del crecimiento de recuperación del cerebro en infantes prematuros o en infantes con bajo peso de nacimiento. La invención se relaciona, además, con un kit que comprende al menos dos de estas composiciones nutritivas.
