Abstract
Métodos, sistemas, y medios leíbles por computadora pueden ser operables para facilitar un análisis y control de calidad de experiencia de video (VQoE) de servicios distribuidos a uno o más dispositivos cliente. Se puede seleccionar un segmento de versión de contenido para distribución a un dispositivo cliente con base en una estimación de la calidad de video experimentada por el dispositivo cliente y el ancho de banda disponible para distribución de contenido al dispositivo cliente. La estimación de calidad de video se puede basar en la información asociada con la codificación de un flujo multimedia acoplado con uno o más parámetros del dispositivo cliente que recibe el flujo multimedia. La estimación de calidad de video para uno o más dispositivo cliente se puede agregar y mostrar a un operador de servicio y/o se puede utilizar para informar decisiones de selección de contenido en un método de distribución de velocidad de bits adaptativa.
