Abstract
La invención provee métodos, aparatos y composiciones para la reducción de organismos patógenos y/o no patógenos en la carne cruda. La invención incluye fabricar un agente cloroso activado u otra composición biocida y aplicarlo simultáneamente a la carne cruda. Al fabricar y aplicar simultáneamente la solución, materias primas tales como componentes contaminados o la solución usada reciclada, que normalmente no funcionarían, se pueden usar para reducir eficientemente los patógenos en la carne cruda.
