Abstract
La presente invención elimina el deterioro en la resistencia a la corrosión de una porción trabajada resultante de las grietas de trabajo en una capa chapada con base de Zn (3) en una pieza de trabajo (2) formada en una forma predeterminada realizando trabajo plástico sobre una chapa de acero chapada con base de Zn (1) revestida con un metal que contiene Zn como materia prima. Es decir, se realiza trabajo plástico sobre una materia prima que es una chapa de acero chapada con base de Zn (1) para obtener una pieza de trabajo (2) que tiene una forma predeterminada, y después de ello, se realiza procesamiento de presurización sobre una porción trabajada en una dirección del grosor de la chapa para deformar el metal chapado, disminuyendo así la anchura de las grietas de trabajo en el metal chapado. Por consiguiente, es posible reducir el deterioro en la resistencia a la corrosión de la porción trabajada de la pieza de trabajo chapada con base de Zn.
