Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un conductor plano eléctrico (40, 60, 80, 100) para vehículos de motor con un núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) de material eléctricamente conductor plano del conductor y con un aislamiento de un material aislante que recubre el núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102), en donde la altura (Hk) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) es menor que la anchura (Bk) del núcleo conductor plano, en donde el núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) tiene al menos un lado estrecho (46a-b, 68a-b, 86a-b, 106a-b), que limita la anchura del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) en un lado, en donde el por lo menos un lado estrecho (46a-b, 68a-b, 86a-b, 106a-b) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) tiene al menos en secciones sobre la longitud del conductor plano (40, 60, 80, 100) una superficie parcial (52a-b, 70a-b, 114a-b), cuyo contorno en la sección transversal del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) forma una sección recta (46a-b, 54a-b, 72a-b, 116a-b) que se extiende sobre una parte de la altura del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102), en donde la sección recta (46a-b, 54a-b, 72a-b, 116a-b) se extiende sobre al menos 75% de la altura del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102). La invención además se refiere a un conductor plano eléctrico (40, 60, 80, 100) para vehículos de motor con un núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) de material eléctricamente conductor plano del conductor y con un aislamiento (44, 64, 84, 104) de un material aislante que recubre el núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102), en donde la altura (Hk) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) es menor que la anchura (Bk) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102), y en donde el aislamiento (44, 64, 84, 104) al menos en secciones sobre la longitud del conductor plano (40, 60, 80, 100) en al menos un lado (46a-b, 48a-b, 68a-b, 86a-b, 88a-b, 106a-b, 108a-b) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102) tiene un espesor de pared mayor que en al menos otro lado (46a-b, 48a-b, 68a-b, 86a -b, 88a-b, 106a-b, 108a-b) del núcleo conductor plano (42, 62, 82, 102).
