Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para cargar sistemas de aire acondicionado con un refrigerante en el montaje final de vehículos. El sistema de aire acondicionado a ser cargado comprende respectivamente una válvula de conexión en el lado de baja presión y en el lado de alta presión. Estas válvulas de conexión del sistema de aire acondicionado a ser cargado tienen diferentes geometrías para los dos refrigerantes diferentes R134a y R1234yf. El adaptador de alta presión, por vía del cual se carga el sistema de aire acondicionado, esta equipado con componentes mecánicos que evitan la abertura y carga de una válvula de conexión que no corresponde al refrigerante seleccionado, en los que, mediante la selección de un tipo de uno de los dos refrigerantes diferentes R134a y R1234yf se puede colocar en el adaptador un pistón de tope, de manera que el adaptador de alta presión puede diagnosticar una conexión de vehículo correcta y/o incorrecta por medio de un sistema de medición de trayecto. Este dispositivo comprende un sistema de sujeción que comprende una corredera (1) con un imán (4), un pistón de tope (2) con un pistón empujador (3) integrado, un sistema de medición de trayecto (6) y esferas de sujeción.
