Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición que comprende un alimento o aditivo alimentario y una sustancia de revestimiento, en donde el alimento o aditivo alimentario se reviste con la sustancia de revestimiento, en donde la sustancia de revestimiento disminuye el grado de degradación del alimento o aditivo alimentario dentro del ambiente del rumen. Además, la presente invención se refiere al uso de composiciones para aumentar el uso del alimento, mejorar la nutrición animal, el rendimiento de la leche y disminuir el calentamiento global.
