Abstract

La invención es un método de estereolitografía para la producción de un objeto tridimensional (10) a través de la superposición de una sucesión de capas (1)-(5) obtenidas mediante la solidificación de un material líquido a través de la exposición a una radiación predefinida (6), que comprende las siguientes operaciones: definir una representación geométrica de las capas (1), (2), (3), (4), (5); seleccionar una o más capas (4) que precedan a una primera capa (4) en la sucesión; definir una zona de mascarilla (9) correspondiente a la conjunción lógica de las representaciones geométricas de la primera capa (4) y de las capas seleccionadas (2) reproducidas en el plano de la primera capa (4); exponer el material líquido a la radiación predefinida (6) en la zona de mascarilla (9). De acuerdo con la invención, antes de definir la zona de mascarilla (9), las representaciones geométricas de las capas seleccionadas (2) se modifican para extenderla con las porciones adicionales correspondientes (2a) que se proyectan con respecto a las representaciones geométricas de las capas correspondientes (2) como se configuran antes de la modificación.
